Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and service spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, to ensure spotless surfaces
- Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to promote a safe environment
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
- Experience in housekeeping is a plus
