Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
- Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, and mopping to maintain pristine conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed on time and to company standards.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies according to guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Experience in residential cleaning environments is highly desirable.
