Technician Field Service

As a Field Service Technician, you will be trained extensively to service, clean and repair, variety of outdoor kitchen equipment including gas, charcoal, electric grills, and pellet smokers. This role requires a self-starter with basic mechanical skills, a good personality, and a willingness to engage with customers. You will work primarily within a local area as part of our team until you are able to perform independently, gaining hands-on experience with the goal of advancing to senior technician. Physical labor is involved, but it is not back breaking type of labor. Making this an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy active, outdoor work environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and troubleshooting on various grill types
• Clean and maintain equipment to company standards
• Interact professionally and helpfully with customers
• Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Support training initiatives and learn new techniques
• Perform physical labor involved in service and some minor installations

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, with excellent history
