We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Chat Agent to join our Administrative team. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for customers via our online chat platform, providing exceptional support with a focus on clear communication and fast resolution. As an hourly, full-time position, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and enjoys helping customers solve problems while delivering an outstanding service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through an engaging and professional online chat platform.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, helpful, and timely solutions to their inquiries or issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Document all customer interactions and escalate issues to the appropriate team when needed.
- Follow company workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes or services.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills.
- Prior experience in a customer support or administrative role is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.

The pay range for this role is:
30 - 36 USD per hour(Remote (Parkersburg, West Virginia, US))
