Home Care ProfessionalHourly Rate: Non-CNA $18/hr, CNA $20/hrWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Professional to join our team in Anchorage, Girdwood, Mat-Su, Palmer, Wasilla, North Pole, Fairbanks, the entire Kenai Peninsula and all surrounding areas. TLC Care Services offers non-medical services in the home, ABA Services, and mobile spa services.Responsibilities:• Provide direct care to patients, including taking medical histories, conducting exams, and developing treatment plans• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes• Educate patients and their families on healthcare and wellness topics• Record and maintain accurate patient medical recordsThings We Look For:• A degree in a healthcare field (e.g. nursing, medicine, etc.)• Experience in a healthcare setting• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• A passion for providing exceptional patient careQualifications:• Current CPR/First Aid Certification• Current TB test• Valid Driver's License• Valid Vehicle Insurance• Must live in Anchorage, Girdwood, Mat-Su, Palmer, Wasilla, North Pole, Fairbanks, the entire Kenai Peninsula and all surrounding areasIf you are a healthcare professional looking to join a dynamic and dedicated team in a beautiful location, we encourage you to apply.
