As Operations Manager, you will own the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring ideas turn into action, systems run smoothly, and the team executes effectively.
You will work closely with the CEO and act as a strategic partner in organizing, optimizing, and scaling the backend of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations across sales, marketing, fulfillment, and support
- Implement and optimize systems (CRM, project management tools, workflows)
- Manage and coordinate contractors, assistants, vendors, and VA staff
- Track KPIs, revenue, launches, and operational performance
- Create, document, and improve SOPs and processes
- Improve efficiency and execution across all departments
- Support launches, programs, and growth initiatives
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, helping turn vision into execution

Schedule & Location:
- 35–40 hours per week
- Mostly remote, with occasional in-person strategy sessions
- Must be based in or near Fairfield County/New Haven County, CT
Compensation:
- $48,000 – $65,000 base salary (DOE)
- Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses tied to business growth
