Utility Worker
Location: Tupelo, MS
Pay Rate: $12.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and versatile Utility Worker to assist with a variety of production and warehouse tasks. This position is ideal for someone who can adapt quickly and is comfortable being moved between different responsibilities throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Package orders accurately, ensuring the correct products are placed in the appropriate boxes.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Learn and operate the roll pack machine as needed.
- Move between different work areas and tasks based on production needs.
- Assist with general manufacturing and material-handling duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to adapt to different tasks and work areas throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when packaging orders.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
- Ability to perform physical duties associated with manufacturing and warehouse work.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required.
