Property Maintenance Technician – Oxford, MS
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and maintenance of residential properties in Oxford, MS. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping duties to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties
- Maintain outdoor areas through mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscaping activities
- Operate lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance concerns
- Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
- Ensure properties are clean, presentable, and properly maintained
- Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or a related field
- Familiarity with operating lawn care and landscaping equipment
- Basic knowledge of residential maintenance and repair procedures
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems is highly preferred
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day
