CNC Saw Operator – 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $18.85 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week (Hours will increase later on)
Position Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Saw Operator to join our team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating CNC saw equipment and a strong background working with foam-cutting applications. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow specifications, and a commitment to producing quality products in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC saw machinery to cut foam materials according to production specifications.
- Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and cutting instructions.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment to ensure accurate cuts and product quality.
- Inspect finished products to verify dimensions and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating CNC saws and manufacturing equipment.
- Experience cutting foam materials is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read measuring devices and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
