Job Overview

Our client in Burnsville, MS is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery.
• Consult manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering personnel to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Dismantle machines using hand and power tools to inspect parts and replace defective components.
• Reassemble and test equipment after repairs to confirm proper operation.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, fluid levels, filters, and other components; perform routine maintenance following established checklists.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other moving parts.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Keep work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Work effectively with others in a team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of basic machines, tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs or apply 45 lbs of torque pressure.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
