Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Arrival

Welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.

Assist guests entering and exiting the hotel.

Provide accurate information for best parking for guest depending on guest room location.

Provide luggage assistance during arrival and departure.

Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities.

Coordinate with the Front Desk regarding guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
Guest Services
-
Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Provide directions, transportation information, and recommendations.
-
Assist guests with package deliveries, luggage storage, and special requests.
-
Deliver guest items, amenities, messages, and packages to guest rooms.
Departure Services
-
Assist guests with luggage during check-out.
-
Coordinate transportation assistance for departing guests.
-
Thank guests for their stay and invite them to return.
Hotel Appearance & Safety

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, bell stand, garages and luggage storage areas.

Ensure luggage is handled safely and securely.

Follow all hotel safety and security procedures.

Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns immediately.
Teamwork

Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage departments.

Assist with special events, group arrivals, and VIP guests.

Support hotel operations as needed to ensure exceptional guest service.

Qualifications:
