This sales support position will empower our sales force by providing on-the-spot quoting ability for repair, service and modernization opportunities by supporting profitable sales and service to exceed customer expectations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Generate high-quality, accurate quotes upon request from the sales staff.
- Build strong employee to employee relationships with internal customers.
- Creatively develop solutions to improve the speed and utility of the Inside Sales role.
- Work to improve the data integrity and functionality of the Customer Resource Management (CRM) application.
- Ensure all quoting activity is reported in CRM accurately and correctly.
- Act as a sponsor for change as new facets of the CRM/BigMachines applications are published.
- Use CRM software to input customer information, log created proposals and run sales reports.
- Assist account managers with the generation of sales proposals and renewals of maintenance contracts.
- Assist account managers and sales manager in developing customer presentations.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- 1-2 years experience in a CRM environment
- Experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- A cultivated attention to detail.
