TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager V in Atlanta, GA

The Principal Project Manager leads the most complex, high-impact transformation initiatives across TK Elevator’s North American enterprise. This executive-facing role is accountable for strategic alignment, enterprise value realization, and long-term capability building. The Principal PM partners with executive leaders to shape transformation strategy, prioritize investments, and ensure delivery excellence across programs. With deep expertise in governance, financial impact, and change leadership, this role sets the benchmark for PMO performance and enterprise transformation maturity.

We are looking for a leader with deep operational experience in manufacturing and engineering—someone who has managed highly complex initiatives such as new product development from concept through industrialization, advanced manufacturing deployments, or large‑scale operations transformations. The ideal candidate brings a strong grounding in how products are designed, built, and scaled, with hands‑on exposure to lean, Six Sigma, automation, and factory optimization.

We are not looking for candidates whose background is primarily in IT program management or software‑centric delivery. Those without substantial experience in manufacturing operations, product engineering, or industrial transformation will not be a strong match.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead non-IT enterprise-critical programs with multi-year scope and strategic significance
  • Translate corporate strategy into transformation roadmaps, KPIs, and execution plans
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and senior leadership
  • Govern complex interdependencies, risks, and cross-functional execution
  • Drive enterprise-wide benefit realization and financial impact tracking
  • Facilitate executive steering committees and ensure alignment on priorities
  • Lead enterprise-level root cause analysis and systemic risk mitigation
  • Shape and evolve PMO frameworks, tools, and delivery standards
  • Mentor senior project leaders and contribute to talent development
  • Influence enterprise investment decisions through data, insight, and delivery credibility
  • Guide change management strategy using ADKAR to ensure adoption and sustainability
  • Champion a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
  • Integrate advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives into transformation programs, robotics, and automation technologies
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain to align strategies with enterprise transformation goals
  • Ensure transformation programs support TKE Production System optimization and smart factory initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to embed lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies into advanced manufacturing projects
  • Oversee governance for technology-enabled process improvements and ensure measurable outcomes in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 10 years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs
  • Background in manufacturing transformation and/and or managing large scale new product development programs
  • Proven success in executive stakeholder management and strategic delivery
  • PMP required; SAFe or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, business case realization, and KPI governance
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to influence at the C-suite level
  • Understanding of advanced manufacturing concepts and Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, robotics, automation)
