What we expect
This position will manage client systems to ensure the timely and accurate creation, dissemination, and documentation of work orders against deadlines. Supports the effective response of branch operations to emergent issues and vital to the time, resource and cost accounting of work performed by field employees. Work directly with dispatch agency for work order response.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Receives, verifies, and disseminates work requests from customers through work order systems (portals, emails, phone calls)
- Manages work orders, enters labor, contract and materials charges against the work orders and closes work orders when complete with NTLL customers and other Local Customers.
- Maintains the integrity of the work order system data.
- Processes confidential information.
- Maintains a complex filing system.
- Prioritize work in order to successfully meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Develops process relative to the work control system.
- Direct communication with branch employees regarding response times, work order updates, and job completion.
- Direct communication with dispatch centralized team regarding NTL and NTLL customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 0-2 years’ experience with customer service and office administration necessary.
- Microsoft Office Suite Training/Experience, preferred
- Customer Work Order Interface Experience, preferred
- Personnel Dispatch Experience, preferred
