Supports the effective response of branch operations to emergent issues and vital to the time, resource and cost accounting of work performed by field employees.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Receives, verifies, and disseminates work requests from customers.
- Manages work orders, enters labor, contract and materials charges against the work orders and closes work orders when complete.
- Maintains the integrity of the work order system data.
- Processes confidential information.
- Maintains a complex filing system.
- Prioritize work to successfully meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Develop processes relative to the work control system.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Lead work order-based customer meetings.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary.
- 0-2 years’ experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary.
- Strong customer service skills, Outlook inbox management, high Excel competencies, professional/ virtual/ telephone skills and time management, preferred
- Strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills.
- A cultivated attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Excel abilities
- Background in facilitating large scale projects involving a multitude of people and documentation.
- Experience with facilities management.
