What You'll Do
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service from their first phone call through completion of treatment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing the daily appointment schedule
- Scheduling new and existing patients
- Coordinating treatment plans and appointments
- Insurance verification and benefit coordination
- Collecting and processing patient payments
- Maintaining recall and continuing care systems
- Providing outstanding patient communication by phone, text, email, and in person
- Supporting front office operations and reception duties
- Working collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Learning and implementing office systems, policies, and procedures
- Assisting with shared office maintenance and team responsibilities
- Contributing to a positive, supportive workplace culture
Qualifications Required
- Prior dental office experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred
- Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software
- Dental insurance knowledge
- Experience coordinating treatment and scheduling
Previous Eaglesoft experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.

The position details:
Typical office hours include:
- Monday: As needed
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Saturday (generally two per month): 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Additional notes:
- Approximately 33-40 hours per week
- Start time is at least 15 minutes before the first scheduled patient; end times may vary based on patient care needs and completion of daily responsibilities
- Approximately one-hour lunch break on full days
