Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sterile Processing Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, assembling, and distributing medical instruments to ensure patient safety and compliance with infection control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment
- Ensure proper storage and distribution of sterile supplies
- Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with operating room and clinical staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sterile Processing certification (CRCST/CSPDT and HSPA
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
