Sterile Processing Technician (SPT)
Location: York, PA 17402
Position Details
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift : Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Package
Gross Weekly Pay: $1,585/week
Blended Hourly Rate: $39.62/hour
Weekly Breakdown:
- Taxable Base Pay: $15/hour ($600/week)
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $24.62/hour ($985/week)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of Sterile Processing Technician experience required
- Must have experience with sterilization procedures, surgical instrument processing, and infection control standards
- Knowledge of decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilization processes
- Experience with quality assurance checks and documentation
- Current Sterile Processing certification (CSPDT/CRCST) required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
