JOB REQUIREMENTS: Collision Repair Technician Are you an experienced
Body Shop Technician looking to join a stable, well-established
automotive business with a welcoming team environment? TJ\'s Auto and
Collision Center has been in business for over 30 years, providing
high-quality repairs and excellent customer service. We are seeking a
dedicated technician who takes pride in their work and is motivated to
restore vehicles to pre-accident condition while meeting deadlines and
ensuring customer satisfaction. Schedule: Monday Friday \| 8:00 AM 4:30

employees. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Disassemble and reassemble
vehicles as needed for inspection and repair. Perform refinishing tasks
including sanding, masking, color mixing/tinting, spray booth
operations, primers, sealers, and clear coats. Ensure vehicles are
properly prepared and refinished to achieve color match, adhesion, and
appearance. Conduct light mechanical repairs related to collision
damage. Review and understand repair estimates. As Needed: Organize and
manage parts throughout the repair process to maintain workflow
efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Need: Adaptability to work
on various types of vehicles. Valid driver\'s license. Knowledge of
manufacturers\' repair processes. Ability to use frame and measuring
equipment. Preferred: ASE or I-CAR Certification (reimbursement
available if requirements are met). Minimum of 1 year of industry
Experience. Compensation & Benefits Full-time Position With Consistent
