Master Plumber of Independently owned business seeking licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber to help work on a large residential project in York, ME. Part-time with the potential for full-time. Looking for an experienced licensed plumber with driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential settings, adhering to local building codes and schematics
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct drain cleaning, water system repairs, and plumbing system inspections with precision
- Perform remodeling, assembly, and handyman tasks related to plumbing projects on construction sites
- Use welding techniques where necessary to join pipes or repair damaged components
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while managing heavy lifting tasks safely
Skills
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment
- Knowledge of local building codes, water systems, and construction site safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Valid license as a professional plumber with experience in residential plumbing projects
- Capable of heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces as required by construction environments
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and schematic interpretation

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
