We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with construction plans and blueprints.
- Read schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing projects.
- Perform pipe threading, pipe installation, welding, and gas piping system work with precision and safety.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation and compliance with building codes.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely while adhering to safety regulations.
- Diagnose mechanical issues within plumbing or HVAC systems using schematic diagrams and technical knowledge.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Experience
- Proven construction site experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects.
- Strong background in construction plumbing, mechanical knowledge, and building code compliance.
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans for accurate project execution.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and carpentry skills as needed.
- Knowledge of gas piping systems, pipe installation methods, remodeling projects, and maintenance operations.
- Familiarity with MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices within construction environments.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of quality and safety regulations.
- Valid license as a Service Plumber with current certification; additional certifications in HVAC or welding are a plus.
