Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lawn Crew Leader/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Lawn Maintenance/Lawn Care. Driving Truck & Trailer and Knowing how to mow and use a mower and management and supervising crews to ensure successful project completion.
Duties:
- Driving Truck & Trailer
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Lawn Care workers
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards
- Cutting Grass with Zero turn or Weed Whacker.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Lawn Care Crew Leader Or Foreman
- Knowing how to use a Zero turn and Weed Whacker Efficiently
- Supervising and Coordinating daily activities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams
- Ability to read and interpret Lawn route
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
