What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Technician position at DLB Outdoor Services, LLC?
Duties
- Perform lawn care maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming trees and shrubs.
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration.
- Apply fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides as needed to maintain healthy lawns and plants.
- Perform tree care tasks such as pruning, trimming, and removing dead or diseased branches.
- Assist with landscape installations and renovations.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
- Knowledge of tree care techniques and practices.
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
