Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech)
Spring Haven Senior Living – Winter Haven, FL
Spring Haven Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Medication Technicians (Med Techs) to join our team. Our community offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care, and team members play a vital role in supporting residents across all areas.
We are currently hiring for multiple shifts, including:
- 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
- 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Weekend positions (full-time or part-time available for every weekend coverage)
Weekend rotation is required for all staff.
Staff are expected to cross-train and support both Assisted Living and Memory Care as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
- Provide attentive, compassionate care to residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication administration records
- Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with nursing staff and team members to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications
- Current Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) certification (Florida)
- Previous experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A genuine passion for working with seniors and providing compassionate service
- Flexibility and willingness to cross-train and work in multiple areas of the community
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including required weekend rotations
Requirements for Employment
- Must pass an AHCA Level 2 background screening
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to meet all state and community regulatory requirements
