Hours: Daytime hours, Monday–Friday | No nights, no weekends

Who We're Looking For
We're growing and looking for energetic, people-first individuals to join our team as a Entry Level Manager. In this role, you'll meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face to deliver tailored financial protection solutions. Zero experience? No problem. If you have the drive, we'll teach you everything else, full hands-on training and mentorship provided from day one.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily in-person outreach to local businesses to build relationships and generate opportunities
- Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers in face-to-face settings
- Schedule and lead needs-based consultations
- Present customized financial protection solutions
- Manage your own pipeline with consistent follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of activity and interactions
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development
