Our family owned restaurant is looking for a new teammate to join our staff of fun and hardworking individuals. Unfortunately, we spend a lot of our life working BUT that doesn’t mean that work can’t be enjoyable. We are looking for a new member to join our team to help with the “front of the house”. Our new team member must feel comfortable answering phones and using the register. The staff here at TJ’s is a close nit group who enjoy working together every day. Front of House Team Member
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
