Compensation
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour tips
Excellent earning potential! During our busiest shifts, team members can earn up to $60 /hour (base pay tips). Tip income varies based on shift, season, and business volume.
Schedule
- Part-time – 2 days per week
- Shift: 6:45 AM – 2:30 PM
- Must be available to work between Thursday and Sunday. A consistent schedule will be assigned.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and specialty beverages
- Take customer orders and operate the register
- Bag fresh pastries and baked goods
- Coordinate completed food orders between the kitchen and the front counter
- Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting
- Work as part of a supportive team to provide every guest with an exceptional experience
