Janitorial Team Lead
TJ’s High Quality Cleaning Services is hiring a reliable and motivated Janitorial Team Lead to join our growing team.
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Hours
Available Pay: $15.00–$17.00
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Schedule: Starts at 9:00 AM End times vary, no later than 6:30 PM 1-hour break
Locations: Chester, Rock Hill, York, Lancaster & surrounding areas
Responsibilities
● Lead and work alongside cleaning crews
● Keep the team organized and on schedule
● Perform quality-control walkthroughs
● Maintain supply inventory
● Help train and support crew members
● Handle keys and building access when assigned
● Communicate with management
Requirements
● Leadership experience
● Cleaning experience preferred
● Must have your own reliable vehicle
● Willing to travel between job sites
● Dependable and organized
● Able to pass a background check
Weekly pay Consistent hours Opportunity for advancement
