TJ's Auto & Collision Center is a well-established, family-owned business looking for an experienced Used Parts Sales Associate to join our team. This is more than a counter sales position it's an opportunity to become a key member of a team where your knowledge, customer service skills, and ability to build relationships truly make an impact.
Every day brings something different. You'll work with customers, repair shops, and fellow team members to locate quality recycled automotive parts, solve problems, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist walk-in, phone, and internet customers with parts inquiries and sales
- Match customers with the correct automotive and truck parts
- Process sales, special orders, purchase orders, and inventory transfers
- Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to grow sales
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Create online listings through Facebook Marketplace
- Package parts for shipment and maintain an organized sales area
- Support daily operations and contribute to the success of the department
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of automotive or truck parts is required
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license preferred
