TJ's Auto & Collision Center is actively seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to join our growing team. We've been serving Central Wisconsin for over 30 years and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants a long-term career—not just another job.

What You'll Do
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for inspection and repair
- Perform collision repair and bodywork
- Sand, mask, prime, seal, and refinish vehicles
- Mix and match paint to OEM specifications
- Operate spray booth equipment
- Perform light mechanical repairs related to collision damage
- Review and follow repair estimates accurately
- Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of collision repair experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with frame and measuring equipment
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures
Preferred but Not Required:
- ASE Certification
- I-CAR Certification
