Full-Time Automotive Service Writer — TJ’s Auto & Collision Center (Wisconsin Rapids)
Drive your career forward! TJ’s Auto & Collision Center is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Service Writer to help our customers keep their vehicles in top shape. If you love cars and enjoy working directly with people, we want you on our team!
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and technical consultation
- Prepare repair orders & provide accurate estimates
- Coordinate service and workflows
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s progress
- Order parts and keep the service area organized
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years in automotive customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience as a Service Writer is a plus
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday alternating Saturdays | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- $20–$25/hour based on experience
- Commission opportunities available
