Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Concierge to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing guest reservations, and helping guests with general inquires. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer service.
Duties
- Monitor Alice messaging to assist guests with their needs and request
- Calling upcoming guest arrivals to assist with dinner reservations and trip planning
- Organizing, printing, and sending guest itinerary's
- Helping guest purchase Tivoli merchandise
- Greeting guests with warmth and answering questions.
- Double training in front desk and Opera Cloud in order to be a cross trained employee
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
