Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) process across a large, multi-entity enterprise environment
Drive financial close transformation initiatives, reducing close cycle time and improving efficiency
Standardize:
General Ledger processes
Close management procedures
Chart of Accounts governance
Financial reporting processes
Lead Oracle ERP transformation and optimization initiatives
Develop and implement enterprise-wide KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and governance frameworks
Identify and remediate control gaps while improving compliance and accountability
Drive automation initiatives and reduce manual processes
Support acquisition and integration activities, including Day 1 readiness and process harmonization
Partner with executive stakeholders to establish long-term process strategy and transformation roadmaps
