Global Process Owner (GPO) – Record to Report (R2R) to lead enterprise-wide finance transformation and process standardization initiatives across a complex, multi-entity healthcare organization

.This is a strategic leadership role responsible for establishing and driving the future-state vision for the end-to-end R2R process. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership, Shared Services, Finance, and IT to improve close performance, standardize processes, strengthen controls, and support future acquisition integrations

.This is not a traditional accounting leadership role. We are seeking a transformation leader who has successfully driven enterprise process improvement, Oracle-enabled transformation, and governance initiatives within large organizations
