Monitor and report changes in resident's condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Document resident care and interactions in accordance with facility policies and regulations
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
