Job Summary
Titus Transport is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Asset Coordinator to join our Asset Group for a full-time contract role extending through January 2027. In this fast-paced, in-person position, you will provide critical administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth operations, clear communication, and efficient management of our fleet assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and draft professional correspondence.
- Data & Reporting: Perform accurate data entry, maintain asset records, and help prepare reports.
- Communication Hub: Act as a key point of contact for external vendors and internal departments.
- Operations Support: Assist Fleet Managers by addressing daily inquiries related to operations and assets.
- Task Management: Prioritize high-volume workflows and meet critical deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (some college preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with fast, accurate data entry skills.
- Strong ability to multitask with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
- Prior administrative experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Basic knowledge of DOT / FMCSA regulations.
