About the Position: Tito’s Handmade Vodka is seeking a motivated team player with a passion for sales to join our talented team! The Sales Representative role is responsible for increasing sales orders from customer accounts of the distributor that currently purchase Tito’s products from the distributor and from customer accounts of the distributor that do not yet purchase Tito’s products from the distributor, utilizing resources to achieve sales order solicitation strategy execution, identifying sales order opportunities and other sales order solicitation support activities as necessary. Our ideal candidate will be ready to become an expert of the Tito’s Handmade Vodka brand and be able to enthusiastically communicate product knowledge to customers by sharing the Tito’s story and expounding on the virtues of the product. Job Responsibilities:Execution of local sales order solicitation strategy, addressing opportunities to drive sales orders to the distributor and ultimately to Tito’s and deliver company sales order goals. Develop and maintain relationships with distributor team, retail customers of the distributor, including those who purchase Tito’s products and those who may in the future purchase Tito’s products. Monitor sales order goals, support distributor sales teams on sales order solicitation strategies of Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Execution of sampling activity during visits with the distributor team to on- and off-premise retail accounts of the distributor to drive sales orders to the distributor and ultimately to Tito’s, and educate third-party demo agencies on sales order solicitation of our products. Implement sales order solicitation programming, including product displays designed to help drive retail sales orders to the distributor and ultimately to Tito’s. Maintain sales order solicitation information, including up-to-date records on contacts made, new placements secured, and follow up points regarding contacts with potential placements, to implement and adjust sales order solicitation strategy. Any and all additional activities necessary to support sales order solicitation in the region.
