Unity House, Inc. is a well-respected leader in providing exceptional care to individuals with developmental disabilities in residential homes in Faribault, MN for over 30 years

Unity House is currently seeking motivated, caring and patient individuals for much sought-after positions including hours as a Part-Time Direct-Care Staff in Faribault, MN.

$17.50 Starting Wage - Hourly (varies)

Unity House's Direct Support Professional will be able to:

- Work 1:1 with people with developmental disabilities in their home and community

-Motivate and inspire ideas and creativity

-Participate willingly in programming

• Assist and provide direction with community outings, daily living skills, food preparation, cleaning, transportation, medical assistance, hygiene cares, and more.

Unity House is Currently Hiring for 1 Position:

1x Part-Time Direct Care Staff:

Working with 3 Women in their home. Must be willing to assist with tasks of daily living, including, but not limited to: transportation to and from community outings/social events, cleaning, cooking, hygiene cares, transfers, medication administration, and any other required programming/cares.

Schedule:

Part-Time- Afternoon/Evenings & Rotating Weekends

*Schedule to be determined by Program Director.

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old or older (21 at one site) and be able to pass a Background Study performed by Minnesota Department of Human Services. No previous experience in a group home necessary. Must have the willingness to complete all necessary training. All training necessary for this specific individual is provided by Unity House, Inc. and you're paid for your time.
