Green Label Title is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an experienced Post Closing / Recording Specialist to join our New Jersey team. We are a people-first, family-oriented company that believes success starts with taking care of our employees.
About the Role
This role is critical to ensuring files are properly finalized, recorded, and compliant. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and understands the importance of accuracy and timeliness in post-closing operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing post-closing files from funding through recording
- Strong working knowledge of Simple File
- Thorough document review for accuracy and compliance
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting recording packages
- Familiarity with all required recording forms, including:
- GIT Forms
- Seller Residency Certifications
- Tracking recordings and resolving rejections or deficiencies
- Heavy interaction with internal team members, county offices, and lenders
- Assisting with post-closing corrections, follow-ups, and reconciliations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a post-closing or recording role
- Complete understanding of the title insurance and post-closing process
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- In-office presence preferred, with remote consideration for the right candidate
