Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Settlement Agent / Title Processor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Review and analyze title reports, title commitments, and escrow instructions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and process settlement documents, including closing disclosures, settlement statements, and contracts in accordance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations.
- Coordinate with escrow officers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to facilitate seamless transaction closings.
- Perform basic math calculations for escrow amounts, prorations, taxes, insurance, and other financial components involved in settlement processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all transaction documentation using 10-key typing skills and computer systems for efficient processing.
- Communicate with attorneys, lenders, realtors, and underwriters

- Produce CDs and HUDs

- File ClearanceEducation and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of title examining experience
NJ Title Producer License REQUIRED
Plus if familiar with Accutitle software and CSC e-recording.'
