General Definition of Work
The Title IX Data Analyst, under general supervision, performs complex work with minimal decision-making discretion analyzing and monitoring data, and compiling Title IX and bullying prevention program reports. Position is responsible for developing and delivering professional development, including mandatory annual student and administrator training. Employee performs both school-based and district-level work to carry out Board of Education policies under the direction of the Director of Title IX.

Place of Work
The normal place of work is on the premises used by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Charlotte- Mecklenburg Schools reserves the right to require you to work at such other place(s) as it may reasonably require from time to time.
Essential Functions
- Adhere to all state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures
- Design, prepare and disseminate reports and spreadsheets; ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting
- Compile reporting for tracking department’s progress toward key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with Title IX requirements
- Analyze school-wide and district-wide data from a variety of systems
- Provide timely feedback to leadership related to data issues, compliance concerns, or notable trends
- Complete local, state, or federal surveys and reports accurately and promptly
- Monitor systems, such as Educator’s Handbook and the anonymous district-wide reporting application, for cases related to bullying or Title IX
- Follow processes and procedures to notify appropriate staff of any cases identified
- Assist in closing out submissions to the anonymous district-wide reporting application
- Develop and deliver training programs related to recognition of and response to sexual harassment, bullying and other Title IX programs
- Ensure district-wide compliance with online training courses
- Manage related webpages to keep web content relevant and informative; create informative documentation
- Participate in professional development workshops and training
- Create an inclusive environment with positive communication/public relations
- Perform related work as assigned or required

- Knowledge of county and school board policies, procedures, and standards regarding school systems
- Knowledge of required records preparation and maintenance
- Skilled in learning management systems, such as Canvas

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree or minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related job preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Special Requirements
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license or ability to provide own transportation
- Travel to school district buildings and professional meetings
