Title Guaranty Company of Lewis County is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated person to fill the full time position opening for Escrow Support.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Escrow Support position will report to the Escrow Department in regards to the daily tasks needed. The candidate for this positon should possess a service-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills; written, in person and by phone. This person should have the ability to multi-task while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor and needs to have the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented atmosphere. Good decision making skills are a must.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Notary Public (If not already a licensed notary, the candidate must acquire license of Notary Public upon completion of 90 day working review period.
- Assist in disbursement process of the closing of Escrow files.
- Open escrows, order payoffs, package documents, mailings, etc.
- File all folder information in electronic Greenfolders program
- Attention for Detail – must possess a good attention for detail ethic
- Customer Service – Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Participate in special projects/after-hours events as required
- Assist with process of daily deposits as needed (Backup)
- Answer Phones – Assist in receiving incoming calls and ensure questions and needs are directed to appropriate person
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Real Estate and/or Banking/Lending: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
