Title Guaranty Company of Lewis County is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated person to fill the full-time position of Customer Service Clerk / Title Support.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Customer Service Clerk will report to management regarding the daily tasks needed. The candidate for this positon should possess a detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong attention to detail, interpersonal and focusing skills. This person should have the ability to multi-task while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor and needs to have the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented atmosphere. Attention to detail is a must.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
· Create and edit complex documents to specifications using expert word processing and advanced software knowledge
· Efficiency – Good Work Ethic, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Pay attention to detail
· Good communication skills; verbal and written
· Produce neat and well-presented work
· Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
· Knowledge of computer software and computer skills, including quick typing ability
· Examine documents for completeness, accuracy, or conformance to standards
· Calculate premiums using insurance rates standards
· Maintain records, reports, and/or files
· Copy, Fax, Email send out
· Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
· Review title commitments; comprehend and communicate requirements and other information to clients and other personnel
· File all folder information in electronic Greenfolders program
· Customer Service – Excellent communication and customer service skills, including greeting of customers
· Answer Phones – Assist in receiving incoming calls and ensure questions and needs are directed to appropriate person
· Assist with other tasks as needed, including but not limited to: Policy Clerk/Deliveries/Mapping/Title Examining/Etc.
· Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
