Position Overview
Our Sales Associates are responsible for generating revenue by creating excitement over goal attainment, enrolling members, and building relationships with potential, new, and existing members. The ideal candidate is passionate about the fitness industry and interested in being part of a dynamic team that continues to positively impact the fitness journey of our members. This role requires phone skills to contact leads and conduct needs analysis of prospective members over the phone to set appointments and introduce memberships and personal training. This is a sales position.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build community ties using company-provided tools/programs (ex. community outreach)
- Create new business internally through member promotions, referrals, social media production and relationship building that extends to the members' workplace
- Create new business externally through outside promotions (ex. hot spot mini promos and planned, outreach to businesses, events, and partnerships with like minded small businesses)
- Reach out to potential members by phone and set appointments for potential new business with detail oriented use of company CRM
- Promote specials to current and future guests
- Complete agreements and manage daily planner/leads
- Successfully attain personal revenue targets
- Take potential members through club tours and connect the guests to facilities, equipment, services, and amenities
- Understand and explain how TITLE Boxing Club products/services will satisfy potential members’ needs
- Ask questions, build rapport, and earn the right to help the potential member find the path to reach their fitness goals
- Communicate professionally and authentically and find what holds the highest value to the potential member on a personal level
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a customer-facing environment involving POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or training new staff
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively serve diverse customer bases
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and answer customer questions confidently
- Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions accurately and managing cash drawers efficiently
- Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising techniques, and basic math skills for daily operations
- Experience with cashiering, retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and product demos will set you up for success

Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
