Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community events, networking, and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and expand your client base

- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure favorable agreements for clients while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and tracking client interactions using CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the application process

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and secure optimal terms for clients
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
