This is a full-time, on-site Health and Life Insurance Broker role based in Chicago, IL. The broker will assist clients in understanding their insurance options and guide them in selecting coverage plans matching their needs and financial goals. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, building and nurturing client relationships, evaluating policies, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also entails collaborating with a network of insurance providers to present tailored solutions. Brokers will represent Main Line Benefits' commitment to high-quality service and community engagement.

• Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service for effectively addressing client needs and building lasting relationships
• Knowledge in Occupational Health, Medical Insurance, and Medicine to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Experience in promoting Health and Wellness to educate and assist clients in selecting optimal plans
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
• State license for selling Health and Life insurance (or willingness to obtain one within a specified time frame)
• Ability to work collaboratively while proactively managing individual responsibilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and insurance quoting software is a plus
