Responsibilities

• Efficiently load, unload, and move products using material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts while adhering to safe lifting practices.
• Stock shelves and storage areas accurately, ensuring products are properly labeled and organized for easy access.
• Conduct regular inventory control activities including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying shipments, processing inbound and outbound deliveries, and maintaining detailed records.
• Support retail store operations by merchandising products, packaging goods, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse area.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and communicating effectively with team members.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently while following all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems, RF scanners, forklift operation, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques.
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock accuracy and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse teams or customers.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and processing transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of retail sales processes, merchandising standards, grocery store procedures (if applicable), and shipping & receiving operations is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
