Founding Account Executive @ Titan:
Location:
- Brooklyn, NY (in-person 5 days/week)
Comp Range:
- Year 1: $250k-$400k OTE
- Year 2: $400k-$600k OTE

Titan matches Series A to C founders with the best founder coaches in the world.
Traction:
Titan launched 18 months ago and just crossed $10M ARR with a team of 4 people. In the past 2 weeks we received another $5M ARR of inbound, so we will be at $15M ARR by end of month.
The Role:
You will work closely with our founders across the full revenue cycle: sourcing, pitching, and closing $80k ACV engagements with Series A to C founders backed by Sequoia, a16z, Index, & Benchmark.
Who You Are:
- A hyper-competitive salesperson with rabid-dog, figure-it-out energy.
- Intense and annoyingly pushy. Able to push back on big founder/CEO personalities.
- A complex/consultative seller - you've "sold the dream" to sophisticated buyers (e.g. selling AI or services to CXOs or HNWs), not just 1 of 3 pre-packaged B2B SaaS modules.
