What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apprentice position at Titan?
Position Summary: Entry-level position that performs work assisting a full performance technician/mechanic/worker in a specific trade. Tasks become more complex as there is progression in skill. Assignments are well-defined in nature and the employee is expected to carry them out according to detailed instructions.
Job Description:
· Perform training-level work in a specific trades area
· Performs work under the supervision of a higher-level trades worker
· Uses hand and power tolls to assist a full performance trades worker in performing maintenance, repairs or tests in a trade specialty
· Assembles equipment and material needed to begin and complete work projects; supplies trades worker with materials an tools required while work in in progress; positions objects for installation, repairs, etc., cleans equipment; stocks maintenance vehicles with tools and equipment for field repairs; gathers salvageable materials in the field and returns them to the repair shop

Preferred Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent or equal combination of education and experience
· Six (6) months of related experience
Physical Strain:
· Lifting up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 30 pounds
· Bending, squatting, climbing, pulling, stooping, twisting, reaching, working at elevated heights
· Must be able to work under pressure
· Must be able to work with the team developing improved work processes for the department
