Job Description:
The focus of the Commercial inside sales team is to ensure customer service and to provide a solution that meets customers’ needs. Titan Truck is looking for someone within the automotive sales, parts, or upfitting industry.
Product knowledge of automotive, trucks, and snowplows is required. Good problem-solving skills, strong written/oral communication skills, and a solid work ethic is a must. Any applicant must be able to work effectively in a group setting or as an individual.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Must have automotive sales, parts or vehicle upfitting experience to apply.
- Greet customers as they come in the door.
- Determine customer needs and develop quotes that meet needs.
· Applicants must have proficient excel spreadsheet, outlook email and computer skills.
- Field incoming calls and walk-ins for Equipment products and service.
- Grow product knowledge with other team members.
- Fortify long time customers with Titans determination and service.
- Cultivate long-term customers and promote customer service with them.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask.
- Drug free workplace.
Base Salary: $35,000-$40,000.00/ year plus commission.
Commission: Averaging $12,000.00 to $24,000.00 and ability to grow.
